LinkedIn Recruiter is still the most important fundamental sourcing tool that we utilize because of the extensive candidate pool it provides. Recruiter provides useful tools to organize, rate, and collaborate on candidates. Unfortunately, the pricing has increased excessively in the last few years, and we have found that our ability to search for the best candidates fluctuates greatly as they make changes to the platform/algorithm. We have found that we get the best search results by using a third party search tool like SeekOut.

The newest "kid on the block," in the US, the Unleash team has been delivering successful TA/HR events for years in Europe (Paris/Amsterdam) and is a solid addition to the US-based lineup. I'd strongly encourage leaders to think about Unleash in addition to, or as an alternative to, longer standing events like HR Tech. Each event has a different delivery and offering but both bring value to the space.
