Total job listings were lower in 2024 than in 2023, marking a second consecutive year of decline. It’s
worth noting, though, that 2022 was a remarkable year for job listings, as the Great Resignation was
in full swing and employees were leaving jobs confident that they could find something better.
The tide has since turned. And while the labor economy is healthy overall (inflation and interest rates
are down from the start of the year, with unemployment hovering right around 4 percent), employers
and those in recruitment tech have many questions about the future.

14 days agoWorkday is great for a large enterprise, as is supports pretty much most departments and functionalities. It's a true ERP. However, it does lack in the Recruiting product (notoriously behind in some standard functionality for an ATS and lacks ability for customization). I would recommend Workday for large organizations which are okay to leverage other TA technology (External career site, CRM, Onboarding, scheduling, on-demand/recorded interviewing, AI automation, etc.) on top of Workday Recruiting.
