Currently, we use the chatbot services on our career site without the additional chat-to-apply or assessment tools. We have been very happy with the chatbot. Paradox was top of mind when we started looking for other vendors to do more of our automation in the recruitment process (still in RFP, so can't share outcomes yet).

Beamery is a wildly powerful tool. They emerged as the leader in the Workday CRM market with a strong Workday integration, but have grown as the market has caught up to their baseline offerings. They have a wildly powerful product offering, particularly using AI. The main challenges would be gaining internal approvals to use the AI technology and adoption. The adoption challenges are common across any separate CRM, though the WD integration and easy UX make Beamery better than most. I do often wonder if adoption would still be a challenge if a CRM was in-house under the HCM as an extension of the ATS. If you're looking for a third party CRM, you need to consider Beamery.
