The CXR Marketplace is a platform designed to connect talent acquisition professionals with top solutions and vendors. It features hundreds of talent acquisition solutions with thousands of verified reviews, helping organizations find the best tools and services for their needs.
The CXR Marketplace is open to vendors offering talent acquisition solutions and services. It's also accessible to talent acquisition leaders, industry practitioners, and members of the CareerXroads community and as of June 13, 2024 all talent acquisition practitioners are encouraged to join and rate vendors and suppliers at no cost.
Users of the CXR Marketplace are able to toggle on/off ratings and reviews submitted by non-verified CXR community members.
Profiles and Listings
If your company is already listed, you can claim the listing by using the "Claim Listing" option on the listing page found within the three dots menu and following the verification process.
Simply find the listing and look for the option "Claim Listing" - this will take you through a simple process to replace you as the listing admin.
If you are in the Enterprise plan, you can add videos into the main body of your listing.
Upgrading to a premium profile offers increased visibility, lead generation, the ability to add demo videos, one-click downloads, inclusion in community newsletters, and priority invitations to CareerXroads events. Premium profiles also enjoy ad-free listings and enhanced branding opportunities.

Yes, you can update your profile information at any time by logging into your account and accessing the 'My Profile' section.
The main difference is with leads. The Free plan does not generate any leads. The startup plan generates and sends you leads.
While visiting the Marketplace click on Login and follow the instructions to register/login. Once you have logged in successfully, click on “Solutions” in the top navigation and then click on My Listings to create a new company listing within the marketplace.
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews are collected from both verified users within the CXR community and from registered users of the CXR Marketplace. Users can rate and provide feedback based on their experience with the solutions listed in the marketplace.
Neutral or negative NPS scores will prompt for constructive feedback that is anonymously sent to the profile owners and is never displayed directly on the website.
Additionally, CXR Marketplace will never incentivize users for ratings with things like retail gift cards.
Neutral or negative ratings and reviews will result in a prompt for anonymous feedback. Our recommendation is to take the feedback under consideration and remember that it was freely offered knowing that it would not be displayed publicly.
If you feel that you have received inaccurate ratings or reviews for any reason, contact the CXR Marketplace team with your ratings details and why you feel the feedback is invalid.
Subscription and Payments
The CXR Marketplace offers various subscription plans, including a free Basic plan and paid Premium plans. Each plan offers different levels of visibility, features, and lead generation opportunities.

To upgrade your subscription plan, log into your account, click on the gear icon of your profile and navigate to the 'Subscription' section, to choose the plan you want to upgrade to. Follow the payment prompts to complete the upgrade.
The CXR Marketplace accepts major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.
Subscription plans are offered only on an annual basis and can be upgraded at any time before renewal.
