What is the difference between the Basic and Starter plans?
The main difference is with leads. The Free plan does not generate any leads. The startup plan generates and sends you leads.
How can I replace the admin for my company listing?
Simply find the listing and look for the option "Claim Listing" - this will take you through a simple process to replace you as the listing admin.
How can I proactively generate leads from my listing?
Invite your friendly customers and ask them to "Like" and then "Recommend" your company. Be sure you ask them to write a testimonial when prompted.
Can I add videos to my listing?
If you are in the Enterprise plan, you can add videos into the main body of your listing.
