Implementation was a little rocky from a global perspective - we struggled with onboarding their Spanish solution to our South American region since their language model translates instead of being natively trained in Spanish, so it struggled with the nuances of Chilean Spanish versus Mexican Spanish versus Argentinian Spanish, etc. However, our North American implementation went forward and it has been such a time saver for our team. More than anything the phone screen scheduling tool has saved our team SO much time and has been a fantastic resource for us.

We have been working with Paradox for about 5 years and have had an overall positive experience. We utilize the chatbot on both our career site and as a scheduling tool for initial phone screens which has dramatically increased efficiency within the Recruitment process. Would like to see some of their enhancements move a little quicker and have a more visible roadmap, as well as better detailed reporting.

I have been very impressed with Paradox's product and the team at Paradox.
