Ten years ago, we started SkillScout, with a simple idea and a whole lot of hustle – to create videos that connect people. Today, we stand a decade stronger, having collaborated with some of the world's most influential brands. From our first Fortune 500 client to being honored with a Clio Award, the journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.
In the beginning, it was just us - Abby, Elena, and a vision that stretched the expanse of Chicago. Equipped with cameras and boundless ambition, we navigated the city's vibrant streets, capturing stories of hope, resilience, and joy at work. Those early days were challenging, yet they were saturated with boundless potential. As we've evolved, the essence of our beginnings—our fearless, no ego, scrappy spirit—remains the cornerstone of who we are.
The incredible group of creatives on our team (including Alexander Lamburini, Isaiah Beiser, Nick Hill) is the real secret behind everything we do. Their talent, dedication, and fire are what make SkillScout what it is. You won’t find a team like ours anywhere else in the business.
