We chose to implement Workday Recruit because it was the last module to have a fully integrated Talent solution, so ideally, the insights we will continue to build will be more comprehensive.
Workday overall is a good product as it connects all the HR pieces together. There are some limitations on Recruiting pieces that some other ATS have that Workday will hopefully be addressing in the future. The positive of it is that a lot is possible if you have the right configuration so partnership with IS is essential.
Workday is great for a large enterprise, as is supports pretty much most departments and functionalities. It's a true ERP. However, it does lack in the Recruiting product (notoriously behind in some standard functionality for an ATS and lacks ability for customization). I would recommend Workday for large organizations which are okay to leverage other TA technology (External career site, CRM, Onboarding, scheduling, on-demand/recorded interviewing, AI automation, etc.) on top of Workday Recruiting.
