The Xerox Conversation Exchange has facilitated 1,497 conversations between ERG members and top candidates. The program is designed to answer the question: “What’s it really like to work at Xerox?”
Qualified candidates receive an invitation for a “culture conversation” on Turazo’s platform. The candidate picks an employee who they’ll resonate with. On a video call, the candidate can ask anything, including about culture, benefits, and advancement.
The result is a new, trusted relationship on the inside. Nearly everyone reported understanding Xerox better, and 82% said they’re more likely to accept an offer from Xerox.
